Refund Policy – All Wholefood Farmacy products carry a 30 day, unconditional, 100% money back guarantee of satisfaction. The 30 day period begins on the date that the products are delivered to you. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

To return products, send an email to
returns@thewholefoodfarmacy.com advising which products you wish to return. We will reply with the shipping instructions and shipping address to our returns dept. Once your shipment is received, we will issue credit to your credit card and then email a confirmation of the credit to you. Please allow 5 business days for processing once your shipment arrives.
